How does it work?

To get started, decide on how your fundraising will look and get in touch so we can support you throughout your fundraising. From there you can set up your account on Tiltify, a platform designed for gamers who want to fundraise through livestreaming.

Once you have set up your Tiltify account, you’ll be able to link your Twitch channel, allowing supporters to donate without leaving your Twitch stream.

Any donations received through Tiltify will automatically come through to Rainbow Trust, you don’t need to do anything.

Can under 18s fundraise through gaming?

Thank you for your interest. Under 18s may participate only if under direct supervision of an adult for the duration of the livestream and all additional fundraising activity.
When do I have to do my stream?

You can take part whenever suits you best, there are no set dates.
How long do I have to game/ stream for?

There are no requirements, you can choose to stream for any length of time, and in any way you want.
What streaming platform should I use?

We recommend you use Twitch or YouTube.
Can I livestream without gaming?

Yes, you can livestream without gaming if you would rather do a different challenge. Please ensure any livestreaming follows our guidelines.
Do I have to livestream to take part?

No, you do not need to livestream to take part. If you aren't planning to livestream, please tell us about your fundraising here.
How can I report inappropriate behaviour?

If you spot any inapproriate behaviour, please report it to the relevant platform, it is their responsibility to manage this.

How do I raise money?

Set up your fundraising page on Tiltify then tell family, friends and your followers about your fundraising and why you have chosen to support Rainbow Trust.

You could create some content to post on your social channels or even ask your friends to join in and hold a group charity stream.
How much do I have to raise?

There is no set fundraising target, but you may like to set a target related to Rainbow Trust's 40th anniversary, e.g. £400
