Mark is Chair of the Board of Trustees and brings over 30 years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong background in corporate finance, private equity, and asset management.
He began his career at Panmure Gordon in 1987, later becoming Director of Corporate Finance, where his focus was on mergers and corporate restructurings. In 2000, Mark joined a private equity advisory firm and led its successful sale in 2005 where he remained as Managing Director until founding his own asset management business, Holbein Partners LLP in 2010.
Mark advises a number of significant family offices around the world. Mark became Chair of Rainbow Trust to help guide the charity’s strategic direction and ensure strong governance as it supports families with a seriously ill child. He has previously served on the boards of several charitable organisations.
Mark is married with three grown up sons.
