Laura joined the Rainbow Trust Board of Trustees in November 2023, bringing extensive expertise in finance and investment management.
She is currently Head of Direct Lending at Federated Hermes Limited, where she manages funds providing loans to SMEs across Northern Europe. Laura has over 15 years’ experience in analysing and managing loans to both SMEs and large corporates, with previous roles at GE Capital, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, and Allied Irish Banks. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College Dublin and is a CFA® Charterholder.Laura is committed to supporting Rainbow Trust’s financial sustainability and strategic development.
She lives in London with her husband and two children.
