Andrew is the founder and managing partner of Greenbrook, an independent communications firm specialising in the investment industry. Greenbrook advises corporates and entrepreneurs navigating high-stakes situations, providing reputation management support across M&A, shareholder activism, litigation and disputes, complex debt restructurings (advising on approximately $100 billion of debt situations over the past two years), and cybersecurity preparedness and response. The firm has also built a strong niche supporting private equity, private credit and hedge fund clients with fundraising insight.
Andrew joined the Board of Trustees at Rainbow Trust to support the charity’s mission and brings extensive experience in strategic communications and crisis management and is committed to helping raise the charity’s profile and extend its impact.
