We are absolutely delighted to have support next year from Bytes Software Services in the 2022 RideLondon-Essex 100.

RideLondon – the world’s greatest festival of cycling – returns on Sunday 29 May 2022, with a new format, exciting new routes, and a new partnership with Essex County Council.

At the heart of this celebration of all things cycling is the RideLondon-Essex 100 challenge – a unique opportunity to ride 100 miles on traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring Essex.

The event will start and finish in the capital, with 60 miles of rolling roads through some of Essex’s most beautiful countryside and villages in between.

This is the first sporting challenge that Bytes have done to support us, and we are hugely excited to welcome their team of 10 brave cyclists to Team Rainbow Trust.

Neil Murphy, Chief Executive Officer at Bytes said:

“We are really proud and excited to be riding for the charity and can’t wait to have the opportunity to raise money for an important cause whilst sitting down at the same time! Rainbow Trust does a wonderful job and Bytes is pleased to help in any way we can.”

The team’s fundraising is already underway and, so far, they have raised a fantastic £6,990.

Hannah Adams, Events Fundraiser for Rainbow Trust said:

“We are absolutely delighted to have the support of Bytes in next year’s RideLondon! It is an amazing event with a great atmosphere, and I am sure the team will have a fantastic experience. We are overjoyed with their fundraising efforts so far and it was great to get together recently to say hello and meet our office neighbours in person. The money raised will help us greatly to reach even more families with a seriously ill child in 2022 and beyond.”

If you wanted to support Bytes in their challenge, you can do so by donating to their JustGiving page here.
