About the Events

Rainbow Trust partners with RunForCharity to offer access to hundreds of obstacle races and adventure events nationwide. With events taking place throughout the year in locations across the UK, you can choose the challenge that suits you best - whether that’s a family-friendly inflatable run, a muddy obstacle course or an intense physical endurance event.

Popular obstacle race events include inflatable 5K courses, city-based adventure runs, woodland obstacle challenges and mud races packed with climbing walls, tunnels, slides and water obstacles. Many events are designed to be completed with friends, family or colleagues, making them a fantastic team challenge as well as a personal achievement.
