Whether you’re stepping out solo or as part of a team, every mile you walk helps make a real difference to families with seriously ill children.

With a range of distances to suit all abilities - from the family-friendly Wee Wander to the Mighty Stride - there’s a Kiltwalk for everyone. Expect an incredible atmosphere, scenic routes and a supportive community cheering you on every step of the way. Taking place between April and September 2026, it’s the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, enjoy the outdoors and be part of something truly special while helping to change lives.

How to Join Team Rainbow Trust

1. Complete your sign up by clicking the button on this page, that will take you directly to the event organisers. 
   
    
2. Choose which event you would like to participate in, and pay your low-cost registration fee. 
   The Mighty Stride: £20 registration fee
   The Big Stroll: £20 registration fee
   The Wee Wander: £13 adults / £7 children registration fee
   
    
3. Select 'Rainbow Trust Children's Charity' as your chosen charity to fundraise for.
   
    
4. Start training, start fundraising, and get ready to experience one of the most exciting races in the UK.
