Surprisingly, many people die without making a Will, which means family or friends may be left with difficult decisions to make.     If you are acting as executor for the estate of someone who has left a Gift in their Will to Rainbow Trust, please contact us for any advice or assistance you may require or call 01372 220083.

  • How will Rainbow Trust use my gift?

    Leaving a legacy to Rainbow Trust is an incredibly special gift because it will help us support families in the years to come. You will be helping us provide support to families when they need it most. It is our belief that all families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness should have access to a Rainbow Trust Family Support Worker.

  • Can a gift to Charity help me pay less tax?

    Technically, yes. A gift to Rainbow Trust would be exempt from Inheritance Tax and could reduce the chance of your estate being subject to Inheritance Tax. Rainbow Trust strongly recommends that you speak to a solicitor regarding advice on tax issues.
