Bea suffered heart failure and cardiac arrest at 15 months old. She needed a heart transplant and stayed in hospital for 14 months.

Parents can’t stay the night so every evening Cheryl and Terry, Bea’s parents, said goodnight to their baby, not knowing if it would be the last time. Knowing that you can count on a Family Support Worker like Monica when you are on the edge is invaluable.

Thanks to wonderful supporters like you, Family Support Worker Monica was able to help with what is of most value and assistance to Bea’s family, making the challenges they faced that bit more manageable.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Rainbow Trust will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
  • If you request the Rainbow Trust to collect payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Rainbow Trust or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid by your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Rainbow Trust asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time, simply by contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please notify us. This guarantee should be retained by the payer.
