Together, your donation and the community of wonderful supporters will enable us to: - reach and support isolated families in very remote and rural locations in the country
- support distressed siblings, picking them up from school and giving them the only opportunity they may have to visit their very sick brother or sister in hospital
- take mothers to see their weeks’ old baby in a neonatal unit that is many miles away
- help seriously ill children and their families access community food banks
- ensure seriously ill children, like Jesse, can get to hospital safely and on time.
Three-year-old Jesse’s family was referred to Rainbow Trust so that they could get help with the struggles of his condition: glutaric aciduria type 1, a rare and life-threatening metabolic disorder.
