What’s it all about?
We are delighted to be a beneficiary of the first Oakfest Festival which is a new charity music festival coming to the picturesque village of Tongham, Surrey.
The event will be held on Saturday 7 August 2010 where the very best local bands will perform in a warm, friendly festival atmosphere that the whole family can enjoy. The current line up includes The FINNS, The Flying Wrights, Congakeyz and The Chilli Fighters.
80% of the profit made at this event will be donated to Rainbow Trust and the other 20% will be made available for local organisations within Tongham.
As well as putting on a day full of fantastic music there will also be an array of other activities for all ages to enjoy from an arts and crafts festival market to endless entertainment for the kids. For more information, please visit www.oakfestmusicfestival.co.uk
Tickets are on sale now and cost £10 in advance or £12 on the day. Tickets can be purchased from either The White Hart pub or the Community Centre (both in Tongham), alternatively you can purchase them online.
