What's it all about
Set in the heart of London and passing some of London's most famous landmarks such as Big Ben, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square and the Houses of Parliament, the British 10K London Run is the UK's third largest mass participation road race and its popularity looks set to continue.

Every runner in the Rainbow Trust team will receive first class support in the lead up and on the day from our cheering teams. All we ask is that you pay a £30 registration fee and raise £150 in sponsorship for Rainbow.
You can run for Rainbow Trust in the British 10k London Run by signing up online here.
You can also sign up for your own place by visiting The British 10k London Run. You don’t have to raise a certain amount just as much as you can but please let us know that you've signed up, so we can support you too.
