What’s it all about?
The BUPA Great South Run in Southsea, Portsmouth is one of the most popular races in the UK and is Europe's premier 10-mile road running event. The race boasts a fast, flat and scenic course that is just as suited to the international elite as it is to the recreational jogger. With over 18,000 runners taking part, this is a great event to enjoy in one of the South's most historical cities.

How do I sign up?
To apply online for your own place please complete the Great South Run online entry form If you are successful we would still like you to join our team and will then send you a running pack with everything you need to complete the event and raise sponsorship.

Alternatively, you can email Anna Thomas or call her on 01372 220022 to apply for a Rainbow Trust place and we will send you an application form to complete. You will be required to pay a £34 registration fee and pledge to raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship.
