BUPA Great Manchester 10K Run - What’s it all about?
The BUPA Great Manchester Run is Britain’s biggest 10K road race event, with around 40,000 runners expected this year.Starting at 10am on 20 May 2012, you will run a great route around all of the sights of central Manchester. The atmosphere is fantastic as there are always enthusiastic crowds out to support runners all of the way around, even though we can’t always guarantee the rain stays away!
Run for Rainbow and you will be joining an enthusiastic team of runners (and walkers) all committed to helping Rainbow Trust provide emotional and practical support to families with a life threatening or terminal illness by raising vital funds.
In return you can expect:
Gain a Rainbow Trust place
Registration is £37, and all that we ask you to raise is £150; enough for a day trip for a worried and lonely sibling.Of course if you are able to raise more funds that would be fantastic, but we do appreciate it’s not always easy.
