Try something new with Zumba and Just Jhoom Bollywood Dance Party

Looking at giving Zumba a go? This is your opportunity to try the biggest new fitness craze. Zumba incorporates latin music and dance into a fun, effective workout.

On Friday 7th October you can try your hand at it in a two-hour Zumba and Just Jhoom Bollywood Dance session. And if you still want more after this exciting, high-energy session then there are refreshments and a disco afterwards.

It is set to be an evening full of fun and laughter, perfect for a girls night out. Tickets are £10 each and all proceeds go to Rainbow Trust.
