Amazing weather and excellent music in Capel!

Rainbow Trust had a terrific time at Capel Music Festival on Sunday 21st August. Revellers were treated to an afternoon of fantastic musicians fronted by the terrific Matt Fielder as the festival’s compere.

This year’s festival proved to be the most successful since the tradition started as around 2000 Capel residents turned up to have an easy day of sun, food and music and raised approximately £7000!

The varied line-up included Shotgun House Unplugged, Matt Emery and Charley Farley Sunday Four. EclectiX closed the show with a fantastic set which had everyone, including Rainbow Trust’s Zippy, up on their feet, dancing the night away.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteers that helped out on the day and the Capel organisers who have all worked really hard on making this the best Capel Music Festival ever!
