What’s it all about?
This November Karma Enduro, a life changing motoring adventure across southern India, attracted more than 60 participants to drive more than 2,000 km to raise vital funds for Rainbow Trust.
To date more than £125,000 has been raised which will be split equally between Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and Unicef. Rainbow Trust would like to extend a huge thank you to the participants and the support team which included medics and mechanics.
The funds raised will enable Rainbow to fund at least nine out of our fleet of 34 Family Support Worker vehicles for the next year.
Our Family Support Workers (FSW) transport terminally ill children and their brothers and sisters to and from hospital appointments, school, after-school clubs and on fun days out to zoos, animal farms and leisure centres and makes a big difference to the families we support.
The funds received from Karma Enduro ensures we can be there for families when they need us most.
