Rainbow Trust Children's Charity is proud to be selected as one of the Deutsche Bank Charities of the Year 2014.
The Charity of the Year partnership, which is chosen by employee nomination and vote, will run throughout 2014 and enable us to expand our reach, supporting more children who have a terminal illness, and providing much needed emotional and practical support for the whole family.
The Deutsche Bank Charity of the Year programme sees employees raise funds with the selected charities through a range of activities, which raised over £1.6 million in 2012. We are thrilled to be selected and look forward to working with Deutsche Bank to make a huge difference to families who face the unimaginable prospect that their child may die before them.
Heather Wood, Chief Executive of Rainbow Trust said, “This is fantastic news for Rainbow Trust and currently makes Deutsche Bank our biggest corporate supporter. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Deutsche Bank for choosing Rainbow Trust; this is a wonderful boost for the charity.”
Thank you to everyone at Deutsche Bank for this fantastic opportunity. With your help, we can ensure more terminally ill children and their families have access to a Rainbow Trust Family Support Worker.
