Quality assurance

Rainbow Trust is committed to delivering quality services to all families referred for support. We have a systematic and planned approach to monitoring, assessing and improving the services that we deliver.

Rainbow Trust works within both internally and externally imposed quality frameworks that define the standards of our work.

External regulatory body

Rainbow Trust Family Support Teams are registered with The Care Quality Commission. The Care Quality Commission sets standards against which each team is regulated and inspected on a regular basis. Each team receives a rating and a report following its inspection.

You can find a copy of the most recent report for each team on the Care Quality Commission website. Rainbow Trust also adheres to other regulatory standards including health and safety legislation.

Internal and quality assurance process

Rainbow Trust also uses satisfaction surveys devised for both adults and children. Each family receives a survey for completion on a regular basis. Rainbow Trust has a comprehensive range of policies and procedures to guide its work.
